CORNEA SCARS FROM LASIK SURGERY
Sometimes surgeons, in an effort to please patients, can be overly aggressive with doing LASIK on patients with extreme prescriptions, in whom LASIK is contraindicated. This patient has LASIK more than 10 years ago.

DOUBLE PUNCTUM
Typically there's only one opening for the drainage canal in each eyelid. In the top two photos the patient has two, which is extremely rare! The bottom photo shows a normal punctal opening.
