This picture is the right lens. There's just a small vacuole in the right lens.



This picture is of the posterior capsule cataract in the os, retroilluminated off the retina.

The top picture is the normal left eye. The light is reflected off the back . The bottom shows a posterior cataract. Can you see the difference?

NUCLEAR CATARACT

This patient has a nuclear cataract (top photo). His other eye does not. See the difference?  The bottom photo is of the same eye with the cataract 2 years prior.
